Rafael here, nice to meet you! If you've come this far, you probably dig my work, and I'm glad you do. A little about myself — Having grown up in Miami with a visual arts background, I attended art school " Miami International of Art and Design" for 3D animation/Motion Graphics, and shortly after landed a solid gig at SapientNitro, where I've been for 8 years strong. During my time at Sapient, I've had the opportunity to work on some very prestigious clients such as Chrysler, Fiat, Adobe, Footlocker, Powerade, to name a few. Where my hard work has led me to the Lead CG Artist position on my team. Some of my main expertise lies in 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, motion design, 3D technical direction, and motion design. I'm lucky to have the means to share my talents via some amazing clientele and resources, with one of the top agencies in the world.
My goal is to one day soon, creatively direct a team - to produce the type of high quality work I'm so proud of having been able to be a part of, throughout the years. I know what it takes, and I'm eager to mentor people with the same passion and talent that I know I have. I'm pretty modest though, and I let my work speak for itself.
Besides my day-to-day career grind, I'm an avid camper and outdoor enthusiast. My two best friends are both big bullies (the breed that is) and when I'm not outside enjoying nature with them, you will find me at a concert, traveling, sculpting, cooking or simply enjoying life with my family and friends.
Thanks again for stopping by. I always appreciate any feedback on my work. Feel free to leave a comment or contact me personally. I'd love to chat about how we could work together to create some inspiring and meaningful design together.
